Winick has or had his name on over 30 different and interlinked penny corps for years. He and his ilk will only invent new letters for stock and create new carrots to dangle in front of of our eyes. If one checks just Winicks background you will see that not one of his companies ever created an income to allow a cash dividend to his shareholders,,, ever. Tfn seems to be the first on record that I've found involved with S. Winick that had made income outside of selling stock. but at least it is generating something. Winick just doesn't generate zilch for shareholders... only way IMO to make money on Winick stock is to trade it constantly as much as the market will allow....
