I disagree with this statement. Pink shell corp will PR anything to keep what little of the shareholders busy. Matter of fact, shell holding corps will put out fluffy PR's while pulling something else off. Standard pink PR 101. It is a incredibly cheap way to look respectable to a targeted audience.
