That isnt totally true because you're pricing as if that was a total? It's NOT, there's shares of TLGP comming too? SO THAT WAY OF FIGURE MAY BE MISSLEADING?---AS TO THE REAL/TOTAL VALUE OF THIS STOCK MERGER ECT.= TLGP @.70 IS IN THERE TOO?
