$4.5M in paid in capital if/when they exercise, and assuming all shares are purchased. the biggest benefit to me, right now, is knowing they are this confident the price will trade above 1.50, and my bet is they're looking for much more upside than the current highs on the chart... considering where we've been trading for the last few months, that's no small thing imo.
