I do know the facts. The Gotshalks gave Vaynter those shares to produce that mailer and pump the stock and Larry honored that contract but there was no way he was going to let Kyle pay his legal fees with company stock. He stopped that, but ultimately it didn't matter. The Gotshalks tanked the share price anyway.
