Umm. I think you might be having some difficulty understanding it. Weed is suing PSPJ because Wilcox had Weed's stock illegally frozen while clearing the stock of the Russian mob group. It was for the actions of Wilcox and the transfer agent while Larry Wilcox was the CEO of PSPJ. If you will recall, Larry was the CEO of both UCHB and PSPJ last fall.
