Chill out. The only updates have come through the filings and that is why we are here. Of course the co. cannot release any material info except in the form of a filing or news release. This has taken a number of months to become a spec play and could very well take another month or so to get any filing or news. People need to occupy their time with other things while this continues to develop.

Abdul, yes, the 1514000 million share sell/conversion at .0048 is very odd to me. Why? Because, instead of taking the PPS lower, it actually caused the bid to strengthen over the entire day. Not sure if someone on the inside is buying up these shares that are being converted. Either way, I still believe this is going to be bought out, and it will likely happen over the next several weeks. We being shareholders of Monarch are entitled to know what is going on in regards to the departure of the CEO. They have to inform shareholders, and in a reasonable time period. I'll have to look into the SEC rules.
