imo : what is being said is that if it were 14 m at .7 = 9.8 m dollars !
but, imo if the reality is 14 billion x .7 = 9.8 billion dollars which in reality is within the target expansion growth plan of GL and all the other potential revenue streams included in that transaction.
Could be the shorties are going to pay the divies and they have to cover that much ?
