Oh man you're so right boarderag!

150%.

But I was the one who said we'd be down 60% from a pre split .2! Not JB. At least I got that one. :)

Man, this 4th grade math is making my head hurt! LOL. Heeda's right about one thing though - time for dinner and a stiff drink!

Boarderag, your right, I forgot to subtract the .00008 from .0002 in my calculation. So, with today’s close at .08 the stock is still trading at 150% OR 1.5 times below what it traded at prior to the reverse split.

Pre Reverse PPS: .0002
Reverse Split share ratio: 1000:1
Post Reverse Split PPS: 08
Formula to determine PPS gain/loss: ((.0002 - .00008) / (.08 / 1000)) = 150% assuming the result filed is a percent field otherwise the result would be 1.5. Then 1.5 * 100 = 150 or 150%

Stated another way:
1,000 shares today is worth $80.00
1,000,000 shares Pre Split was worth $200.00

$80.00 + $80.00 or 100% = $160.00
$160.00 + $40.00 or 50% of $80.00 = $200.00
Therefore $80.00 is 150% less then $200.00

Thanks for catching my error, I'm glad you did!
