wither gtcb shareholders, should a partner not be inked soon. lack of cash is a serious problem. but only for shareholders. other stakeholders (cox, et al) will keep their jobs, keep doing research, and keep getting glowing articles written about them, regardless.
i think it's a mistake to think that shareholders interests are necessarily aligned with shareholders interests.
