Very funny - LOL. Considering that DDI personnel write many of the procedures for installations / decommissioning etc, they can do all the puzzling upfront so that their customers are spared of any puzzling:)
You know - come to think of it, the creative process is all about puzzling. I'm sure there are thoughts running thru' Ron's head on what new contraption he can come with, that'll save his customers millions in dollars or months in time.
