he is probabaly the most involved -hands on ceo i have ever seen -i have worked in construction a long time and it is rare ,very rare to see any boss,foreman,superintendent let alone the ceo be as interactive as ron smith is!-another example of the true dedication our management displays on a daily basis to continually make this company a success!
