these particular directors that hold these shares have nothing to do with the company anymore -they were shares given for past services -they are X-directors-and they are free to sell all the shares they want~

the CONFIDENT BOOSTER is in the fact that the CURRENT management has NOT sold any shares !!

To try and save 'some' of your credibility, I'd encourage you to at least do a tad bit of research into things before making those sorts of remarks which imply the completely wrong situation. Doesn't even have to do with stocks...

What would happen if you did something like that 'on the job'? I doubt your boss would be pleased with you if you gave him false assumptions/implications because of a basic lack of research....
