TAKURI, since the float is already part of the OS it looks to me like you're double counting in your figures. if you know the difference between the float and the OS, and understand how it will impact the EPS, then please stick to those figures. acquisitions have been accretive. let's be straightforward here and avoid distortions of the facts. thanks.

you just added float and OS numbers to come up with some random nonsense. in other words, you just counted some shares twice.

we all agree that a primary reason for the price decline over the past several months is due to the increase in float and ex-directors selling. that is NOT dilution
