I believe they now have 2 commitment letters of 75 million. One for each farm. Nov 9/07 was the Jhanjing release for up to 75 mil. It would be interesting to know if ENNGA are building turbines now or waiting for PPA's to close? At any rate once the PPA's are put to bed you have to think this stock will move significantly. IMHO
