We had a nice volume spike today and all the indicators are headed in the right direction. This one also had a 20% short interest in December according to Yahoo Finance. the shorts may have have started to cover today. I would be cautious on my entry. As much as I love that last candle, I know some may want profit early in the morning at the first sign of a retrace. I say wait to see where the dust settles and then attack.
I will be looking for options on this one tomorrow as the PPS may be a little higher than most pinchers we play. So maybe just 50 shares and 5 contracts would sound nice.
