I tried to dig the original BEA source data/chart, but couldn't find it easily and didn't want to dig for hours. The chart I quoted from is contained in the latest SSB Portfolio Strategist at p. 12.

FWIW, there also is an interesting 10-yr Treasury Price-to-Yield Ratio chart on page 6.
