This kind of thing constantly makes my brain hurt. I'm in another stock that had just the opposite--3 to 1 sells to buys and it went up 4.88%. It just doesn't seem to make any difference at all for some reason and you would surely think it would.
Nothings going to change until the overhang has been worked through. With today's volume it would seem we aren't there yet. I think if we see the volume hover around 100K or less for a few days to a week (like it used to) we might be able to "begin" a discussion of things moving up. Until then, it looks to be more of the same.
