TR,at the top of the filing companies will state how many shares are outstanding on a date more current than that of the end of the quarter.
Look at the top of the filing, it says:
State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: as of February 1, 2008
They omitted the share count, though.
BTW, nice DD regarding the current amount of restricted shares. I never thought to do that.
