More than 95% of the atmosphere
is water vapor. You might want to read a science book before you make a fool of yourself. Oops too late. If you live in the North why do you think you have to scrape ice off your car windows in the morning? Or even in warmer places why is your car's windows covered with water when it hasn't rained? It has nothing to do with CO2.
