aren't most stocks on either the otc or otcbb considered IMHO
anyone who can convince themselves otherwise should be committed LOL
but however you want to look at it, one, if not several, pilot programs will be launched giving this penny stock all the fuel it needs to run to much higher levels. The stock may get diluted to the full a/s, but at that point all the momo players who watch things like o/s reaching a/s will pounce all over this stock making new 52 week highs.
On a side note, I was sitting on the bid and ask plenty over the last week and the mm's weren't so keen on filling my orders. If there were mass conversions, plenty of my larger than normal orders would have been taken at the bid. Money is money, and if the financiers need to convert 'x' amount of more shares to take my money, they would do so in a heartbeat!! :)
