I maintain the incident is still improperly addressed with their customers. The "if you want info go dig for it" and "I posted it somewhere" approach is unbusinesslike and unprofessional. But...he's getting good support from a couple of you other business pro's. Bwahhhhhh hah!!!!!!!!!!
The unprofessional way my customer concerns were dealt with precludes me ever considering purchasing at I-Hub but Hey! It's been made clear they don't give a shat.
