10q isn't late Motor. Small company's have 90 days for the 4'th qtr. If they file the 15 day extension it isn't due til mid April.

They filed an 8k changing thier fiscal year end to Sept, 30. Then filed another changing it back to the calender year. Maybe the E is because of them changing the fiscal year and the SEC hasn't caught up with the more recent 8k yet. Their are no filings due yet.
