Agree with you regarding the focus should be on the hydrogen divisions.
As for the potential RLLC connection, I did a few searches and came up with the following history on the two people running RLLC. They do have impressive backgrounds as far as education and work histories. Maybe these are the money guys that were alluded to a few weeks ago:
