Actually, I did not specify probabilities that the IND would be accepted or rejected—perhaps you need to polish your reading glasses.
What I find amusing is that, after dozens of posts on this board speculating on the timing of a PR for the IND, there was not a single post discussing the anemia trial design until RockRat finally chimed in. And this happened only after the subject came up in a thread on SI.
