I looked up Harris County Tax Records and found 2 adjacent properies are owned by JUMA Properties, LLC, both with Ron Smith as the contact:

I don't know if Ron Smith owns the property under this entity and leases it to Deep Down or what. The 15473 East Freeway property is 2.4 acres and the 15469 East Freeway property is 2.5 acres. The 2.4 acres is assessed for both land and improvements, and the 2.5 acres is only assessed for land value. My guess is that the 2.5 acres is the vacant land they are expanding into.

If you pull up the 15473 East Freeway address, there are several others taxed for personal property at that address, including BP, Shell and others, which must lease part of the property for storage.

I just started searching these records. I bet there is plenty of interesting info if you really dig into it.
