good businessmen own many companies... many times "inter-related" because they work on leveraging synergies...

Even "The Donald" owns numerous companies.... (despite himself... LOL)...

For instance, Trump Air flying clients to Trump Casino is one example of this advantageous leveraging of synergies...

A few years ago I followed a big board pharmaceutical company who has some great products. The owner scientist new what he had going and decided the best way to profit for himself and investors was to have company subsiderary spin-off.

Here he would give the spin-off certain products to research and market, but he will take a percentage of the profits.

The spin-off company did very well and moved way up in share price $40s. But the naysayers came in and did the same thing as here with Aurc. they continued trying to put down the scientist for taking more profits than he deserves and tried to say he had a shady background and so on....This went on for several years. The naysayers tring to find demeaning things to say on the messageboard. They appeared to be shorts scammers or a big short fund.
The spin-off continued doing good but price did move down to $30s.

But in the end the scientist/owner took the company back to being one company because of all the shorts creating problems that included writing negative articles as in Aurc's. circumstances.

The bottom line is getting all the facts straight in what Aurc owns will help. But no matter what the end shall be, it will be many times its' value than what todays share price suggest. There is someone or someones who do not want Aurc to move forward?
