It seems you are right. To do something like that isn't consistant with their past. Every time they do something that will involve the press or potential buyers, they put out a PR well in advance and sell a little stock if the pps bumps. The last PR that came out was met with a downward move. I know that any big information would come throught a company souce and not a poster. I don't think we have any day traders hanging around the stock right now. With the low volume, I think that everyone is holding on to what they have and thank goodness the company hasn't been selling too much lately. I thought I had seen or heard that ARSC was supppose to install a higher wattage fuel cell some time in February but it is looking more and more like that may not happen. They do have a building and maybe some pull to get that grant money so I expect we'll get a little wind in our sails before too long.
