#4997 RE: LONGVMHIF #4995

Yes, speaking of painting

A $28 trade to close the day, instead of the $850 trade @ .01.
Still down for the day, not @ .03 as predicted, and a week left for the .03-.05 range you called for.

I am upset with the price of the stock, and lay the blame right where it belongs, at the feet of those who can most impact the market for shares in their company (that is, current management). Until they come forth with solutions to their problems rather than reasons why the company has ground to a halt, they are nothing more than guys who are taking IOUs from shell companies - happens all the time, especially in BC.
It is ALWAYS easier to point the finger elsewhere, and come up with excuses as to why this didn't happen or that didn't happen - the market for penny stocks has a remarkably short memory, something CEOs depend on when taking over these shells. Nobody wants to talk about mergers with internet technology companies anymore, or cancelled shareholder meetings, or forensic audits, or reverse splits when there is no market for the stock, or how the stock is down over 65% since they took over, or the shady stock promotions with Novak that were touting this company with ridiculous share price targets (.08?).

How do you know it's a legitimate business? What have they done in the past year that they said they'd do? How are revenues? Where's the business plan, projections, break even timeline, capital needs? Coretection isn't coming to the table just to give up its assets - it's looking for expansion money! Where's VMHIF going to get money with their track record & stock price in a tight credit market? From the likes of Cornell Capital, who ink death spirals for breakfast? How is that going to be good for shareholders? (that is a rhetorical question - I held positions in other companies that borrowed from Cornell, and I KNOW what happens.....it's VERY BAD)

There continues to be no evidence that they have made progress on anything; they have merely announced an MOU, which is not worth much amongst penny stocks. When we see the shares come back, and a revenue picture that puts them in the black in short order without sacrificing existing investors @ the alter of expedience, THEN there'll be something to shout about, as you have been.

I get no joy in their failure to date - I am a shareholder - I get very angry when people say things they don't deliver on, and collect IOUs while they do it.

Next week is the deadline for the merger - let's hope for some sort of run on the bank that will give us all what we're here for - a positive ROI.
