Not dilution. Heavy dilution lately has not been proved, so get that out of your mind. The truth is that the Co. has to sell shares to grow the business. People who bought at the top should never have bought then. It was a penny stock w/o any prior business, no cash, no profit. Any educated investor would have waited. Anyway, that is why it dropped so much. To add to that, they did not get product out as stated, and they had the name issue, so I even sold my small position then. Those things are cleared up now, so they are set to move forward in a big way. That is why I'm back. I actually believe they have a chance to go big time with this, so to me it is more than just a quick, mechanical penny play.
