No the float is quite small you are correct. And i dont think people are sitting on the sidelines, as i believe the company is actively brining in big money guys to buy up the stock.
or else we would really be screwed if this was just a POS pinky. These big blocks we are seeing IMO is basically this:
Big money guys buying from the former restricted shareholders.
Mix in a little retail and you have a market (and i mean a little retail. LOL)
