Don't shoot the messenger I'm just providing the facts. Unless the Company gets back their "loans" from management so money will be need to be raised. the quickest way is via a S-8 so that is the route they will take (history repeats itself). I'm sure nobody is influenced any quick way by what I say on this message board anyway. An S-8 would probably be a GOOD thing at this point as MAK would probably provide some good news so they could pump the stock price up.
