I wonder if they will provide evidence that the actual documents they did post on their website weren't total forged cut and paste stamps and signatures. Should be a 'hoot', haha. Nice to see it's only going to take almost another week for them to come up with the 'proof'

LOL, I was going to dump my AURC if they didn't prove this by the end of Janurary. I'm still holding and waiting for more "information" though. ER, the answer to your question is I must be plain stupid!

*The real KRONG must be identified as one of the following:

1.) an OAO or OJSC (Open Joint-Stock Company)
2.) a ZAO or CJSC (Private/Closed Joint-Stock Company)
3.) an Ltd, LLC or OOO (Private Limited Liability Company)

...KRONG Can not legally exist with just the ending/structure type as 'Company' in Russia.

Next thing:
...the Term 'Affiliate' does not necessarily mean the same and have the same assurances as 'Subsidiary

...an 'Affiliate' could/may not be owned by the other party.
