His response to a follow-up saying by the sounds of his first email it didn't sound like they would report any time soon:

"Sorry but I don't have an answer for that question.
In the event that we arrange financing that is favorable and includes
the additional capital to catch up on all of our filings then we would
be reporting as we did in the past. There are some things available
through the Pick Sheets that we are investigating that could allow us
the ability to shed some light on what's been going on."

So they needed $20 million more way back then? Why was this never discussed. Long, do you remember the "we got good bank" e-mail comments that alledgedly came from JG?

Now he is whining about what people are saying? He is more full ofal than a Christmas Goose. He put out the big press releases. Now he is claiming that it failed largely because they neede up to $20 million More? Look how they pissed through the $20 million they raised.

SLSZ raised $20 plus million and failed to even sell a combined $20 million of product during the time they had the money. SO WHAT WOULD THEY HAVE DONE WITH ANOTHER $20 MILLION!
Add $10 million of incremental sales?

Here's another point, Nike never spends over 100% of sales on stock and product promotion. This is where the money went.
Well now you know that the stock is toasted.

Birdie, what makes you think they are closer to financing? Nothing he stated seems to point to that, do you know something else?
