indeed, and i doubt weiss only owns 250K shares. those are probably just the shares that have been reported thus far. in the last few months L2 has had a who's-who of institutional MMs bopping around the best bids. i'm just making a rough estimate, but if each one of these MMs represented a single, discreet client, and if each client owned about 2% of the float, retail would probably be a minority owner of the stock by now. furthermore, i'd say it's quite likely some of these MMs (like DRCO, for example) have been accumulating shares for more than one client. jmho.
