chevdawg, let's underscore a very important point: management is quite happy right now to have a larger float because it allows greater liquidity for more institutional ownership. just imagine for example how impossible any of this would have been if our float was still 7M instead of the current 13.6M.
and going forward the share structure will be to some extent fluid, to accommodate even more involvement from big money. the OS will increase as we issue shares to acquire new companies, and the float will continue to get larger as some shareholders (former directors, for example) monetize their positions, either partially or in total.
however, unlike our roller coaster of the last few months, imo it's quite likely instead of seeing many transactions taking place in the open market (which could affect the stock price) we're more likely to see filings for share exchanges between anyone currently holding large blocks, and those funds, etc, who are vying for their shares.
basically i'm saying we will see the float increase, and we want to see that happen, so we can graduate from the OTCBB and become a big board stock with significant institutional ownership. i doubt i'm the only one here who sees this as the swiftest path to a very profitable investment, so the sooner this transformation happens the better. jmho.
