The big blue machine might be a tensioner. It's not the 30 ton Barricon, but it could be the 5 ton the co. listed in the filings. They fed the yellow pipe (flowline?) into it and ran it through. I don't know why or what they are doing other than that.

Looks to me like the yellow rig in the courtyard is some sort of tensioner (see the hydraulic ram in the lower right part of the frame).

Might be for acceptance testing of terminations on the flowline.
