Since the introduction of the review, my deleted posts that stay are about 3% of my total posts and 6% of my deleted posts. Two reasons: 1) A lot are accidental double posts (I gave suggestions on how to fix that a while ago) 2) Since the moderators a throw a lot of mud at the wall (by deleting almost half of my posts), some of it sticks. And as you know, you didn't undelete (reviewed) posts that you agreed were not TOU violations.

Yep, both bans were before the new feature. The lengthy ban (1 month) was because "I had too many deleted posts" according to the administrator (shelly). In other words it was exactly for this reason. I then had shelly forward me those deleted posts, I contested a list of them but never received a rsponse.
Also I tried to make an argument that the # of deleted off-topic posts should be viewed as a percentage of total posts when considering bans. The percentage of off topic posts to total posts was much higher on the board as total then to mine.
But anyway, I was only making a suggestion, I didn't know that my previous bans make me a lesser member. You know, I'm not a criminal and do pretty well in real life. Also you can search thru my deleted posts, and you won't find me attacking other people anywhere close to the way they have attacked me. Like last friday when posters claimed they have proof that I'm a MM and they can get my IP adress. Yesterday some of them were still claiming I'm a MM. Makes me wonder why I pay for this? Unfotunately I just renewed for another 3 months (because I liked the review feature) so you have to bear with me a little longer.
If you just want to have stock promotion bill-boards, you should say so. I thought this was supposed to be discussion boards with all kinds of view.

Since none of the admins here (including you) responded to my response yesterday, I like to make a few comments here:
a) I think it is an invasion of my privacy when you post about my bans and removed posts publicly.
b) You are entitled to your opinion about my credibility, but as an administrator, shouldn't you be at least trying to be neutral?
c) I was making a suggestion to improve the board, in return my credibility and my past bans are discussed? MMMMMh
d) As I discussed, the rather lengthy ban was handed out on the grounds of "you(me) have too many deleted posts" before the review process was instituted. I asked many questions about that, I am still in a constant struggle to have me deleted posts restored, when they are actually on-topic. If "too many" deleted posts, were not grounds for a ban, I would not need to bother admins all the time to restore posts. Apparently admins too make mistakes, which makes restoring unfairly deleted posts so much more difficult.

If the posts where restored, His hands are clean now. The past is the past. The posts where restored, That means they where not TOSS violations. So how about we do something about mod abuse instead of chastising someone for the past when they are not in violation now. By the way, This problem is why I have not renewed my sub!!!
