I called Scottrade and they said once they receive the payment for the R/S that it will be posted to the account. They don't know when it will be but hopefully shortly.

Unfortunately Seamless has been operating without a transfer agent for some time now. TDAmeritrade has told me that it may be a month or more before I can trade my shares or most anyone else trading online can trade their shares. There is a reconcilation that has to be done. Not good news for us now that have an opportunity to get shares sold at a slight premium to the pre R/S price.
