Don't frequent it as much either, but I still hold it dear to my heart - first place I was ever able to find people discussing stocks - just took a look at my profile over there -been a member since 07/24/96 - jeez, I feel old - Matt was probably in the 7th grade then! lol

it does meet the eyes of many,
but they close them both wide shut.

Thats why, or the how, Silicon Investor & InvestorsHub
were created only by a few special folks,
the original SI people,
then Sheriff Matt, and BobZ jump'n in.
or,
If it was easy with no ripples, "piece of cake"
then anyone could have created the SI & iHub type of place
and made good money until it was copied successfully
and these web sites flooded the market place.
but,
Ripples abounded, even today as they should since this
is the why & how it weeds out 99.999% of us regular folks
and depend on the .001% like Brad, Jeff & Jill, Matt, BobZ
to handle the ripples and survive and make progress.
Us other either try and get pushed under the bad currents,
or see the bad riplles and back off.

Ya'up, We 99.999% need those .001%
as without them there is no SI or iHub,
just crud & poor structures that fall down, at best.

The early strips with Susie were heavy-handed with the love-hate conflict, and it's taken me a while to get a bead on Susie's relationship with Calvin.
