100%?? Probably none, but many are 98-99% certain, and that would prevent the vast majority of most unwanted pregnancies. I cannot imagine any place in the United States where many choices of birth control are not readily available, unless you are speaking of just for a moment's desire. The obvious answer there is to exercise some self control and take responsibility for your actions. Abstinence is always 100% effective.
Will there still be cases of pregnancies caused by rape?? Yes, but those will be very few.
I realize all of this is unlikely to happen, but just women exercising "control over their bodies" in a responsible manner would obviate the need for the vast majority of unwanted pregnancies, and prevent the murder of millions of babies.
