#52217 RE: chevdawg18 #52214

chevdawg, you make a good point. DPDW is one of a handful of OTCBB stocks with this much institutional ownership. DRCO was all over the bid friday and had been buying the stock, all the way down the chart, since above a buck. so have many other MMs with non-retail profiles.

claytrader always prioritizes volume near the top of his charting, but other folks here seem to have forgotten volume has any role whatsoever in TA. where's the confusion about the drop after friday's action? why is it so hard to understand big money has influence in this market, or that institutional MMs often go short to get their price? what is it about 2.4M shares traded that can't even provoke a raised eyebrow?

and it's ultimately about who bought these shares, not just how many. DR's clients (and TB's for that matter) will stay vested for a much longer time frame than the average ihub penny flipper. they know chances for an uplisting are good, and they'll hold on far beyond this milestone because they realize getting to a higher exchange, and reaching certain pricing thresholds, will only create more big volume buyers. the smart money gets in now so that fund managers whose charters currently restrict them from buying low priced stocks can push us much higher, down the road. jmho.
