CIGI went from $0.0005 to $0.14 in a day. Was this a reverse split or was there buying that drove it up? We would need news to do the same for ETLS. And very good news at that!
nope. i think cigi had a short position that was hurrydly covered. this one has the same but because there's been some buying and no cover i think the naked short position no longer exists.
from a technicals though this stock looks like a really good play.
