What are you responding to with all of this verbage. It is right out of the Investor Hub and I have read it and responded to it in the past. The idea of having a patent about the position or manner that the engine is mounted in the aircraft is of absolutely no importance to any civil aviation certifying authority. The structual and flight performance requirement of aircraft engine installations are spelled out in the regulations, and as long as you meet these regulations the engine, or engines, can be put any where you wish with any type of installation you wish and no patent can prevent that.

I will have to hand it to PVD, he has a lot of balls to try to spin the value of a patent of this kind and say that it brings value to the program. Since it is my understanding that PVD really knows nothing of airplane design, maybe he was sold a bill of goods on the patent value and sincerely beleives it. Oh well,maybe the spin master has been spun.
