Blackmail: Because of the convertible preferred stock

There is around 700,000 shares of Series 'A' Preferred stock issued and outstanding (775,000 as of the last 10Q filing, but some has been converted and sold into the float).

Each share of Series 'A' Preferred is convertible into 10,000 shares of common stock. 700,000 * 10,000 == 7,000,000,000.
