Stockme: Very dangerous right now
The market for this stock is in disarray. You say you are new to this -- well I am not. When the number of MMs drops rapidly, and the spread becomes very wide, traders can't make money. Think about it. If you bought and sold right now, you'd lose 80% of your money (ignoring commissions). (Correction, now only 55% -- oops, now 40%).
In addition, there are around 7 billion shares of convertible preferred stock out there waiting to be dumped into the market. That's $280,000,000 worth of stock at the current BID. The law of Supply and Demand suggest that the price can only go in one direction.
