Education?? No, I want experience, not education. Bush had plenty of education -- 'nuff said. Local community service??? Around here, that is what first time offenders are sentenced to do. Community service is nice, and we all should do it, but it hardly prepares one to be the president of the United States. Obama is a first time senator who rode the coattails of a great speech at the democratic convention to gain his seat. He has spent most of his term preparing and running for President and has accomplished little or nothing while in the senate. As I said, his resume is still a blank page, with no experience that would qualify him for the job of President.
I have heard little in the way of specifics from any of the candidates -- mostly platitudes and generalities. That is to be expected during the nominating process, but hopefully they will get pinned down to where they have to tell us exactly what their program is at some point.
Just curious, why is it that you always have to give them names rather than using their real names?? That is so childish and off-putting that I rarely if ever read your posts.
