the only surprise would be that they waited this long.. 2.5 years and it seems the only reason it got the attention (if it did) is because 1500 shareholders were sued and we said "HEY---WAIT A MINUTE... WHATS GOING ON HERE - ?" and contacted lots of people who caused this to get the attention it appeared not to be getting up to the point of the shareholder law suit..
