there is a statute of limitations that im aware of and to the best of my knowledge and based on the individual state laws, mine is 3 years... that would make it up around late august i guess... thats my concern, is that the investigative body runs out the time clock..is there any reason to think that a SOL might be in play in the future or have these odd transactions in june and dec 07 changed the timeline and the 3 years was reset.. theres obviously lots of things i dont know and dont want to pay an atty for as my outlay for this purchase isnt big enough to consider such cost... but i dont want to lose it either...
