Out of all the ways to "get rid of us" a lawsuit was the
strangest (not to mention expensive), and most protracted option to take. IMO

According to a TM e-mail, it was the DTC that insisted on the lawsuit...it was not TMs idea. Of course, if one was to believe TM is a liar, than one would have to discount this post. How many times have you seen a massive RS wipe out shareholders? It happens regularly....recently ACUP/RUNU did a 9000:1 RS OUCH!...even Art got caught in that one. Its not hard to do. You can even bend the rules and do it...nobody cares really. I for one expected to be wiped out...but it hasn't happened, because, as much as some would like otherwise, TM has not followed the play book....I like where this is going.
